A lot of people are getting discouraged in their weight loss journey because they aren’t seeing lasting results. They kill themselves at the gym and starve themselves to lose a few pounds. When they have one bad day, or days, and see all of the weight they lost in the previous two weeks show back up again on the scale, it is often a trigger point where a lot of people give up and quit.

I am not a nutritionist nor a trainer, but life coaching is a very useful tool in the weight loss journey for so many of us. Life coaches are here to help celebrate your successes, but also are here to help support you when there are missteps.




Don’t just exercise your body: exercise your mind during your weight loss journey by working with me.

You will learn to love and appreciate yourself even when the scale doesn’t appreciate the hard work you have been doing. When working with me, you will continue to stay motivated in accomplishing your weight loss goals even when you have moments of weakness. I offer accountability check-ins throughout the week and motivational quotes and prompts to help you stay focused on yourself and your goals.
